How to Add Files to an Event
Keep an event's paperwork with the event itself: the agenda, the sponsorship prospectus, the venue booking, signed agreements. Anyone who can open the event finds them in one place.
Open Event Files
Open the event and click Event Files in the Communication group of the workspace menu.
The Event Files page has a short Show Me How To Use This Page video at the top right; click it to watch, and use its chapters to jump to the part you need.

Event Files sits with the other pages in the Communication group.
Add a file
- Drag a file onto the box marked Drag & Drop Files Here, or click the box to pick one the usual way. You can choose more than one.
- Click Save The Selected File(s).
The files appear in the list beside the box. Under each file's name is the date and time it was added and, if they are on your team, who added it. Click a file's name to open it in a new browser tab, the green icon to download it, or the pink icon to delete it. Argenta asks you to confirm before it deletes anything.

The agenda, the prospectus and the venue booking, kept with the conference.
Files here belong to this one event. For documents the whole organization shares, such as templates and policies, use the Document Library instead. See Add Related Files.
