Never. Argenta Is truly an all-in-one solution. We want all our subscribers to benefit from the tools we've built. There is never an additional fee for built-in features.

What if I need a larger plan than what is available here?

No problem. Contact us, and we will custom design a plan that's right for you and your budget. We want to provide the best possible option for your needs.

What if we need customization?

No problem. Custom development is always available at a per-hour charge. We will work closely with you to create the tools you need to automate your entire workflow.

Does it cost extra to import data?

We provide expert implementation and onboarding to ensure your team is set up for success. We’ll work closely with you during the onboarding process and make sure that you’re clear on what we provide as a free service to you. It is our commitment to never include any hidden charges.

Can I make changes to my plan?

Yes. You can easily scale your plan up or down at any time as your needs change.

How does the free trial work?

It's simple. All plans come with a 14-day free trial, you don't need a credit card to sign up, and you can cancel at any time.

When your trial ends, if you'd like to purchase a subscription, you'll be asked to enter your payment information at that time and can continue using the software with no interruption.

Does it cost extra for support?

Basic support is included (within reason), including access to Argenta’s Virtual Assistant (AVA) our AI Assistant, our Knowledge Base and our Help and Support Ticket System.

Implementation support is always free. Your account manager will be with you every step of the way during onboarding and implementation. We want you to have a comprehensive build and a positive user experience to get you started.
