Is there a separate charge for the use of modules or special features in Argenta?
Never. Argenta Is truly an all in one solution. We want all our subscribers to benefit from the tools we've built. There is never an additional fee for built-in features.
What if I need more than the Large Team Plan?
No problem. Just contact us, and we will custom design a plan that's right for you and your budget. We want to provide the best possible option for your needs.
What if we need customizations for our organization?
No problem. If you sign a one year contract, we will provide you with 10 free hours of customization. A two-year contract, 20 hours. You can use the time anyway you like.
We will work closely with you to create the tools you need to automate your entire workflow.
Are these prices negotiable?
Absolutely. Argenta was built to offer nonprofits an alternative to software solutions priced way over their budget. We are always happy to discuss the subscription cost, so you can use Argenta at a price you can afford.
Do you charge a fee to import data?
As long as we can import your data in 8 hours or less, the import is free. We are almost always able to get it done, but if you have an older system, or the data import will be difficult, we may charge an additional fee.
What if we go over the total records, will we billed?
Definitely not. If you go over the total number of records allowed in your subscription plan, your account manager will contact you to discuss your options. We will never bill you for anything before you agree to change your plan.
We will always try to work with you to make sure Argenta fits within your budget.
How does the free trial work?
It's very simple. All plans come with a 30 day free trial. You don't need a credit card to sign up, and you can cancel at any time.
After 30 days you'll be asked to enter your payment information. After payment is made you can continue using the software with no interruption.
If you need a little more time to decide, that's okay. Just let us know and we'll be happy to extend your trial period. We want you to be sure Argenta is right for you.
Can I make changes to my plan?
Yes. You can change your plan at any time. If your needs change you can easily switch from one plan to another. It only takes a minute to switch plans.
Is there an additional fee for support?
No. Argenta support is free within reason. When you subscribe to Argenta you will be assigned a personal account manager who will work closely with you
to make sure you have the training and the tools you need to manage your daily tasks. You can reach out to your account manager anytime with questions or concerns.
