How to Use the Constituent Engagement Score Report

Follow these steps to effectively use the Constituent Engagement Score Report:

Step 1: Access the Report

  1. Go to the Report Center
  2. Click on Constituent Reports
  3. Select Constituent Engagement Score Report

Step 2: Set Your Time Period

  • Use the Time Period dropdown to select how far back to analyze
  • Options: Last 6 Months, 12 Months, 24 Months, 3 Years, or 5 Years
  • Default is Last 12 Months for a standard annual view

Step 3: Apply Filters (Optional)

  • Engagement Level: Filter to specific tiers (Highly, Moderately, Lightly, Minimally Engaged)
  • Min/Max Score: Set a custom score range
  • Activity Switches: Filter by specific engagement types

Step 4: Run the Report

  • Click Run The Report button
  • Results display in a grid sorted by engagement score (highest first)

Step 5: Review Results

  • Engagement column: Shows overall score and level badge
  • Dimension Scores: Mini badges show V (Volunteer), E (Event), M (Email), B (Membership), G (Giving), L (Leadership)
  • Activity Flags: Icons show which areas have activity
  • Click any constituent name to open their profile

Step 6: Export or Save

  • Export to Excel: Full data with all 31 columns
  • Export to PDF: Printable landscape view
  • Add List to Mail Room: Create a mailing list from results
