The Constituent Card in Argenta provides a quick-view summary of key information about a person. Access important details at a glance without navigating through multiple tabs.

What the Constituent Card Shows

The Constituent Card displays a summary including:

  • Name and photo (if available)
  • Contact information
  • Key dates (birthday, anniversary)
  • Giving summary (total donations, recent gifts)
  • Membership or volunteer status
  • Communication preferences
  • Quick action buttons

Accessing the Constituent Card

The Constituent Card typically appears:

  • At the top of the constituent record
  • In a sidebar or summary panel
  • When hovering over a constituent name in lists
  • As a quick-view popup option

Key Information at a Glance

The card helps you quickly see:

  • Giving: Total lifetime giving, year-to-date, recent gifts
  • Status: Active member, lapsed, VIP designation
  • Engagement: Recent interactions, event attendance
  • Alerts: Do Not Contact flags, special notes

Quick Actions

Common actions available from the card:

  • Send an email
  • Make a phone call (click-to-dial if enabled)
