How to Create Program Reports

Program reports help you analyze performance, demonstrate impact, and make informed decisions. Argenta provides various built-in reports and allows custom report creation.

Accessing Program Reports

  1. Navigate to Reports > Program Reports
  2. Or access from within a program record
  3. Select report type from available options
  4. Set parameters and generate

Participant Reports

  • Participant Roster: Complete list with contact info
  • Enrollment Summary: Counts by status and date
  • Demographics Report: Participant characteristics
  • Attendance Report: Session participation tracking
  • Completion Report: Who finished the program

Financial Reports

  • Budget vs Actual: Planned vs spent comparison
  • Income Summary: Revenue by source
  • Expense Detail: Spending by category
  • Cost Per Participant: Efficiency metrics
  • Grant Spending: Restricted fund usage

Volunteer Reports

  • Volunteer Roster: Who is serving the program
  • Hours Report: Time contributed
  • Schedule Report: Upcoming coverage
  • Training Status: Requirement compliance

Outcome Reports

  • Outcome Progress: Metrics vs targets
  • Pre/Post Comparison: Assessment results

Report Parameters

  1. Select date range for report
  2. Choose which programs to include

  • CSV: For data import elsewhere
  • Schedule automated report delivery

Creating Custom Reports
