How to Create Program Reports
Program reports help you analyze performance, demonstrate impact, and make informed decisions. Argenta provides various built-in reports and allows custom report creation.
Accessing Program Reports
- Navigate to Reports > Program Reports
- Or access from within a program record
- Select report type from available options
- Set parameters and generate
Participant Reports
- Participant Roster: Complete list with contact info
- Enrollment Summary: Counts by status and date
- Demographics Report: Participant characteristics
- Attendance Report: Session participation tracking
- Completion Report: Who finished the program
Financial Reports
- Budget vs Actual: Planned vs spent comparison
- Income Summary: Revenue by source
