Argenta allows you to keep track of the specific volunteer needs that your organization has. There are two ways of adding your volunteer needs. The first is by using the volunteer needs within the volunteerism module and the second is by using classification codes. To use the volunteer needs within the volunteerism module, select Volunteerism > Volunteer Needs, from the Argenta main menu on the left-hand side.
This will open the complete listing of Volunteer Needs your organization has entered. From here, select the "Add New" button.
This will open the Add A New Volunteer Need window.
From here you will enter a name for the need. Once a name is entered, click the "Add This Classification Code" button to add the new need and be returned to your full list of organizational needs.
