Argenta Authorized Use Policy

You agree not to engage in, facilitate, or further unlawful conduct, including but not limited to illegal transactions, fraud, copyright infringement, and activities promoting discrimination, hate, or violence. The use of Argenta for any illegal purpose is strictly prohibited.

You are responsible for the content you post and your conduct on Argenta. Prohibited content includes illegal, offensive, threatening, and infringing material. The Company reserves the right to remove such content and may take action against offending accounts.

The Company reserves the right to investigate violations of these Terms and take appropriate actions, including reporting to law enforcement and terminating or suspending accounts involved in prohibited activities.

Support and Maintenance

For support, contact your account manager or use the Help & Support option. While we strive for reliability, service interruptions may occur, and we are not liable for data or access loss during such times.

Warranties and Disclaimers

Argenta is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The Company is not responsible for data loss or damage resulting from service use.

Subscription, Cancellation, and Termination

Argenta requires a paid subscription. Failure to renew your subscription may result in account suspension. You can cancel your subscription via the Subscription settings. The Company reserves the right to terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in Florida courts.

Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding Argenta. The failure to enforce any right does not waive that right. We may assign these Terms in case of a merger or acquisition.
