Where to Find the Constituent Engagement Score Report
To access the Constituent Engagement Score Report in Argenta:
- Navigate to the Report Center from the main menu
- Find and click the Constituent Reports category card
- Click on Constituent Engagement Score Report
Direct URL: /reports/ConstituentEngagement.aspx
Required Permissions:
- Marketing Manager, Donation Manager, or Admin role required
- Exporter role required for Excel/PDF export
What You Can Do From This Report:
- View engagement scores for all constituents
- Filter by time period, engagement level, and activity type
- Sort by overall score or individual dimension scores
- Export results to Excel or PDF
- Add filtered results to Mail Room mailing lists
- Click constituent names to open their profiles
