Are my report activities tracked in Argenta?

Yes. Argenta writes a record every time a report is run.

What is recorded

• Which report was run
• Which user ran it
• The date and time it was run
• The organization it was run under

What is not recorded

• The filters you chose
• The data that came back

So the record answers who opened what and when, and nothing about the contents.

Exports are logged separately

On many reports, exporting the results to CSV, Excel or PDF writes an entry such as "Exported Donor Summary Report" to your organization's Activity Log, with the user and the time.

Seeing the record

There is no screen in Argenta for browsing report runs. That record is kept in the background, and nobody can look up who ran what from inside the app, administrator or not. Exports are different: admins and subscription admins can see them on the Activity Log under Settings > Activity Logs.

The recording happens on its own. There is nothing to switch on and nothing you need to do.
