Yes. Argenta writes a record every time a report is run.

What is recorded

• Which report was run
• Which user ran it
• The date and time it was run
• The organization it was run under

What is not recorded

• The filters you chose
• The data that came back
• Whether you exported the results

So the record answers who opened what and when, and nothing about the contents.

Seeing the record

There is no screen in Argenta for browsing report usage. The record is kept in the background, and nobody can look up who ran what from inside the app, administrator or not.

The recording happens on its own. There is nothing to switch on and nothing you need to do.
