What is the Content Editor in Argenta
The Content Editor is the formatting box that appears wherever you write something in Argenta that can carry styling: email templates and messages, notification content, descriptions on forms and pages, notes, and article bodies.

What is on the toolbar
- Text. Bold, Italic, Underline, StrikeThrough, Superscript, Subscript, and UPPERCASE / lowercase.
- Font. Font Name and Font Size, and Text Color: pick a color from the palette or with Add Custom Color..., and the swatch beside it applies the last color again.
- Layout. Align Left, Center, Right and Full Justify; Indent and Outdent; Bulleted and Numbered lists with a Numbering Style; and a Horizontal Rule.
- Inserting. Insert Image, Document Manager, Insert Link and Remove Link, Insert Table, Insert Button, Insert Merge Tag (on the pages that offer merge tags), Emoji, Insert Symbol, Insert Date and Insert Time.
- Working. Cut, Copy, Paste, Paste as plain text, Undo, Redo, HTML View and Content View, and Export to PDF.
On the pages that switch it on, an Improve Body with AI button sits with the toolbar, offering a Friendly, Formal or Brief rewrite. It replaces what you wrote with plain paragraphs, so links, pictures, tables and bold text are lost; copy your text first if you may want it back, and names, dates and amounts are still yours to check.
The one habit worth learning
The align buttons move a picture, a table or an inserted button, not only text. Click the thing in the writing box first so it is selected, then align it. With nothing selected, the button aligns the text around your cursor and leaves the picture, table or button where it was, and that is the step most people miss. For a selected picture, Wrap Text, Image Left and Wrap Text, Image Right let the words flow beside it.
