Ava improves as the Argenta team adds and corrects Knowledge Base articles. She answers from those articles, so a new or corrected article changes what she tells you.

Many of those articles start with a question a customer asked Ava: when a question shows a gap in the Knowledge Base, the team writes the missing article.
