The Volunteer Task Manager in Argenta allows users to view and manage the organization's volunteer tasks in one place. Sometimes volunteer tasks don't get assigned to a volunteer before the task's start date. These tasks are labeled in red as "Unfulfilled!" in the Volunteer Task List...
It is simple to find these unfulfilled tasks by using the Filter on the Volunteer Task List. To do this...
- Click the Filter button above the list.
- Choose the unassigned volunteer in the Volunteer field by clicking the "Unassigned Only" icon.
- Choose "Closed/Complete" in the Task Status field.
- Click the "Filter List" button.
- Only "Unfulfilled" tasks will be displayed in the list.
