After adding a mailing
list (for help adding a mailing list see KB Article - Add Mailing Lists), you may choose to export your
list for the purpose of using it within other programs. Exporting
your list for this purpose is similar to Exporting To Excel but it is formatted as
a .csv file which is the required format.
To Export A
Mailing List
From the Argenta
main menu on the left-hand side of the screen choose Argenta Mail Room.
This will open the Argenta Mail Room where you can select My U.S. Mailing Lists tab or My Email Lists. One you have chosen which type of list you are working with you will then select a mailing list from the drop-down list.
Click the “Export To
Excel” or “Export To CSV File” buttons at the top right of the page.
*note: When exporting
lists, some browsers like Internet Explorer, will open a dialog box asking
whether you want to open the file or save it. Other browsers like chrome, will
automatically save the document in your computer’s downloads folder. In this
case, you should see the download listed at the bottom of the browser. If you
click on the tabbed reference the document should open.
