Change The Enrollment Total For A Mission Trip Enrollment

A Mission Trip Enrollment is how a Mission Trip Account becomes a participant in a mission trip. An enrollment is like purchasing a ticket for a Mission Trip. Enrollments are always associated to one, specific Mission Trip. Each Mission Trip Account with an enrollment in a Mission Trip, has a total number enrolled. This number is very important, it's used to calculate availability in a Mission Trip and all aspects of the Mission Trip Account's Billing.

It's very easy to change the total enrollment of a Mission Trip Account in a Mission Trip, and there are a few different ways to do it. You can choose to do it right from the Mission Trip Enrollment List by choosing Events and Programs > Mission Trip Enrollments from the main menu on the left side of the screen. In the Mission Trip Enrollment List you'll notice the Number Enrolled column is a text field. You can change the total number enrolled right in this field. Once you have changed the number, hit enter or click the corresponding save icon to save the new total.



Alternatively, you can open the enrollment by selecting the corresponding open icon  

On the Enrollment Details tab, change the number displayed in the "Number Enrolled" field. Click the "Save All Changes & Continue" button or the "Save All Changes & Exit" button to save changes. 
 


You can also change the enrollment number at the Mission Trip level. Select Events & Programs > Mission Trip List from the main menu, on the left side of the screen. 
 
Open the Mission Trip where you want to change the total enrolled for a Mission Trip Account by selecting the corresponding open icon. 

Choose the "Enrollments" tab. This will display a list of all the Mission Trip Account enrollments for the Mission Trip. In the list, simply change the number in the corresponding "Number Enrolled" text field. Then hit enter, or click the save icon to save the change. 
 


No matter which method you use to change the total enrollment for a Mission Trip, there are several calculations being made by a system algorithm. You will notice changes to things like Total Enrollment Cost, Enrollment Number, and Available Slots. Argenta eliminates manual processes whenever possible.

When an enrollment number has changed you will always see it in the Mission Trip Enrollment Work Space on the "Enrollment Adjustments" tab. These adjustments will also appear on invoices generated for the enrolled Mission Trip Account.
