Argenta allows you to add a related file to a bunch of areas within the system. Areas like constituent, districts, events, mission trips, and most areas within the general financials allow for files to be uploaded and attached. This is a great way to keep all your documents relating to the item in one place. The Related Files section looks like this:
 
 
Anytime you see a related files section you can add any documents you would like to the item you are working on. 
 
There are two ways of adding a file to the Related Files section. The first, is to drag and drop the file. 
 
 
Simply select the file from your documents and drag and drop the file into this box.
 
The second way, is to add a file is by using the browse option. 
 
 
 
When uploading a file, click "Browse" to search for and select a file from your computer. Once the file has been successfully uploaded the indicator light will turn green. Click the "Save The Selected File" button to finish uploading the file. You'll see it in the file list when it's complete. Repeat this process for every additional file you want to upload.
 
 
If you need to delete a file for any reason you can select the red X to remove a file at any time. Select the red X behind the file name you wish to remove. Remember this action is final and cannot be undone.
