Argenta allows you to keep track of the community groups and clubs your constituents are affiliated with. This is helpful information for networking and growing connections between your supporters. To add a new community club/group, select Constituents (CRM) > Community Clubs and Groups from the main menu on the left side of the screen.
This will bring you to a list of all the community clubs and groups you have previously entered into Argenta. Click the "Add New" button above the list.
This will open the Add A New Club/Group window.
Use the "Category" drop down list to select a category for the club/group you're creating. If the category you wish to use isn't listed you can add a new category by clicking the "Add New button." This is a required field, but if you don't want to use a specific category you can leave the default of "*Unknown/Other or N/A".
Next, type the name of the club/group into the "Club/Group Name" field. This is a required field.
Optionally, you can add a description of the club/group if necessary. This is not a required field.
Once you have entered all the necessary information into the fields, click the "Add This Club/Group" button. This will return you to the complete list of clubs/groups.
