Argenta allows you to keep track of the community clubs and groups your constituents are affiliated with. This is helpful information for networking and growing connections between your supporters.
To add a new community club or group, select Constituents > Community Clubs - from the main menu on the left side of the screen:
This opens your list of community clubs and groups that you have entered into Argenta. From here, click the "Add New" button:
This opens the Add A New Club/Group window:
On this screen you need to enter these details for your new club/group:
- Category - Use the drop-down list to select a category for the club/group you're creating. If the category you wish to use isn't listed, you can add a new category by clicking the Add New
icon. This is a required field, but if you don't want to use a specific category you can leave the default of "*Unknown/Other or N/A". - Club/Group Name - Type in the name of the new club/group into this field. This is a required field.
- Description - You can add a description of the club/group if necessary into this field.
Once you have entered all the necessary information into the fields, click the "Add This Club/Group" button. This will return you to the complete list of clubs/groups with your new club/group added.
