No. When you CC team members on an email send using the Copy All Selected Team Members checkbox list, those team members receive the raw template content without merge tag replacement.
This means CC'd team members will see the literal tag text like [FirstName] and [TotalDonated] in the email rather than the personalized values.
Why it works this way:
- CC'd team members are internal staff getting a copy for awareness, not the intended personalized recipient.
- The primary recipient (single send) or each list member (batch send) receives the fully personalized version with all tags replaced.
- This lets team members see the template structure and know which tags were used, which is helpful for reviewing campaigns.
If you need team members to see the personalized version: Send a test email to a specific constituent using Send To A Single Recipient, and select the team member's constituent record as the recipient. They will receive the fully personalized email.
