The Activity Type switches in the Constituent Engagement Score Report let you filter to constituents who have specific types of engagement activity.
How the Switches Work:
- When a switch is ON, only constituents with that activity type appear in results
- When a switch is OFF, that filter is not applied
- Multiple switches ON = AND logic (must have ALL selected activities)
The Six Activity Switches:
- Volunteering: Shows people with volunteer hours logged or active volunteer status
- Events: Shows people who attended at least one event
- Email: Shows people who opened or clicked at least one email
- Membership: Shows active members or people with member visits
- Giving: Shows people who made at least one donation
- Leadership: Shows people with board positions or committee roles
Common Filter Combinations:
- Find donors who also volunteer: Turn ON Volunteering + Giving
- Find event attendees: Turn ON Events only
- Find multi-dimensional supporters: Turn ON Volunteering + Events + Giving
- Find board member candidates: Turn ON Leadership, or turn ON Giving + Events to find highly engaged non-leaders
Important Notes:
- Using too many switches at once may return few results
- Start with one or two switches and add more as needed
- All switches OFF shows everyone with any engagement score above 0
