Accessing Time Sheets
For employees:
- Go to Staff Management
- Click on Time Sheets
- View your time sheet for the current period
Entering Time
- Open your time sheet
- Navigate to the appropriate date
- Enter hours worked
- Select the project, department, or task (if required)
- Add notes if needed
- Save your entry
Submitting Time Sheets
- Complete all entries for the period
- Review for accuracy
- Click Submit
- The time sheet goes to your manager for approval
For Managers: Approving Time Sheets
- Navigate to Time Sheet Approval
- View submitted time sheets from your team
- Review entries for each person
- Approve or return for corrections
- Approved time sheets move to payroll
