Accessing Time Sheets

For employees:

  1. Go to Staff Management
  2. Click on Time Sheets
  3. View your time sheet for the current period

Entering Time

  1. Open your time sheet
  2. Navigate to the appropriate date
  3. Enter hours worked
  4. Select the project, department, or task (if required)
  5. Add notes if needed
  6. Save your entry

Submitting Time Sheets

  1. Complete all entries for the period
  2. Review for accuracy
  3. Click Submit
  4. The time sheet goes to your manager for approval

For Managers: Approving Time Sheets

  1. Navigate to Time Sheet Approval
  2. View submitted time sheets from your team
  3. Review entries for each person
  4. Approve or return for corrections
  5. Approved time sheets move to payroll
