Accessing Canned Messages
- Go to Communication
- Click on Canned Messages
- View, create, and manage your message library
Creating a Canned Message
- Navigate to Canned Messages
- Click Add New
- Enter a Title that describes the message (e.g., "Donation Thank You - General")
- Select a Category to organize your messages
- Enter the Message Content in the text editor
- You can include formatting, links, and dynamic fields
- Save the canned message
Using Canned Messages
When composing an email or communication:
- Look for the Insert Canned Message option in the editor
- Select the message you want to insert
- The text will be inserted at your cursor location
