Accessing Canned Messages

  1. Go to Communication
  2. Click on Canned Messages
  3. View, create, and manage your message library

Creating a Canned Message

  1. Navigate to Canned Messages
  2. Click Add New
  3. Enter a Title that describes the message (e.g., "Donation Thank You - General")
  4. Select a Category to organize your messages
  5. Enter the Message Content in the text editor
  6. You can include formatting, links, and dynamic fields
  7. Save the canned message

When composing an email or communication:

  1. Look for the Insert Canned Message option in the editor
  2. Select the message you want to insert
  3. The text will be inserted at your cursor location
