You can configure Argenta to send notifications when volunteers sign up for tasks. This helps administrators and team members stay informed about volunteer activity.

Setting Up Task Signup Notifications

  1. Go to Volunteerism > Volunteer Task Groups
  2. Open the task group you want to configure
  3. Look for the Notifications section or tab
  4. Enable notifications for task signups
  5. Enter the email addresses that should receive notifications
  6. Save your changes

Setting Up System-Wide Notifications

  1. Go to My Organization > Notification Settings
  2. Find the volunteer-related notification options
  3. Enable the types of notifications you want
  4. Specify which email addresses should receive them

  2. Create a workflow that triggers on volunteer-related actions
