Where to Find Public Form URLs in Argenta

Public forms in Argenta allow people outside your organization to submit information, register for events, make donations, or sign up as volunteers. Here is how to find the URLs for your various public forms.

Public Donation Form URL

  1. Go to Fundraising > Public Donation Form (Design)
  2. The form URL is displayed at the top of the page
  3. Click the Copy Link button to copy it to your clipboard
  4. You can also click Preview to see how the form looks

Campaign Donation Form URL

  1. Go to Campaigns and open the specific campaign
  2. In the campaign workspace header, look for Public Campaign Donation Form
  3. Click the link icon to view the form or copy the URL

Public Volunteer Form URL

  1. Go to Volunteerism > Volunteer Public Form (Design)
  2. The form URL is displayed at the top
  3. Copy and share this link for people to sign up as volunteers

Event Registration Form URL

  1. Go to Event Management > Events
  2. Open the specific event
  3. Look for the Public Registration Form link in the event workspace
  4. Copy this URL to share with potential attendees

Email Signup Form (Newsletter) URL

  1. Go to Communication > Email Sign-Up Form (Design)
  2. The public URL is displayed for people to join your mailing list
  3. You can embed this form on your website using the provided embed code

Volunteer Task Group Public Form

  1. Go to Volunteerism > Volunteer Task Groups
  2. Open the specific task group
  3. Look for the Public Form link to share for volunteer signups

Public Calendar URL

  1. Go to My Organization > Organization Details
  2. Look for the public calendar URL in your organization settings
  3. This displays events you have marked as public

Volunteer Portal URL

  1. Go to Portals > Volunteer Portal
  2. The portal URL is displayed for existing volunteers to log in
  3. Volunteers use this to view their tasks, hours, and profile
