To cancel or manage your Argenta subscription, you need to contact the Argenta Support team. Subscription cancellation cannot be done through self-service in the system.

How to Request Cancellation

  1. Click on Help & Support in the top right menu
  2. Click Submit a Support Ticket
  3. In the subject, write "Subscription Cancellation Request"
  4. Include your organization name and the reason for cancellation
  5. Submit the ticket

What Happens When You Cancel

  • A member of the Argenta team will contact you to confirm the cancellation
  • You will be asked if you want to export your data before cancellation
  • Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • All data will be securely deleted after a retention period unless you request an export

Managing Your Subscription (Not Canceling)

If you want to manage your subscription without canceling, you can:

  1. Click on the gear icon or your profile in the top right
  2. Select Subscriptions & Settings
  3. View your subscription status, billing information, and payment history

Updating Payment Information

To update your credit card for subscription payments:

  1. Go to Subscriptions & Settings in the top right
  2. Confirm the dropdown shows Auto Billing, Credit Card
  3. Click on the Payments tab
  4. Click Pay Subscription Fee
  5. Enter your new card information and click Pay With Stripe
  6. This updates your card on file for all future payments

Viewing Subscription Receipts

To view receipts for your subscription payments:

  1. Go to Subscriptions & Settings
  2. Click on the Payments tab
  3. View your payment history and receipts
