Accessing Grant Notifications

  1. Open the grant record
  2. Click Notifications in the workspace navigation

Creating a Notification

  1. Click Add New
  2. Set up the notification:
    • Notification Date: When to send
    • Recipients: Who should receive it
    • Subject: Email subject line
    • Message: What to include
  3. Save

Common Grant Notifications

  • Application deadline approaching
  • Report due date reminder
  • Renewal date approaching
  • Expected notification date
  • Funding period ending

Notification Tips

  • Set reminders 2-4 weeks before deadlines
  • Include multiple recipients for backup
  • Add specific action items in the message
  • Set multiple reminders for critical deadlines
