The Report Center has multiple ways to find the report you need.
Search by Keyword
- Go to Reporting > Report Center
- Use the search box at the top
- Type keywords related to what you need (e.g., donation, volunteer, event)
- Review matching reports
Browse by Category
Reports are organized into categories:
- Fundraising: Donations, campaigns, pledges
- Events: Registration, attendance, revenue
- Constituents: Contact lists, demographics
- Accounting: Financial statements, transactions
- Volunteers: Hours, service, assignments
- Membership: Member lists, renewals, status
- Grants: Tracking, calendars, applications
Mark Favorites
Once you find reports you use often:
- Click the star icon to mark as favorite
- Access favorites quickly from the Favorites section
Can Not Find What You Need?
If no existing report fits your needs, consider:
- Exporting data from list views to Excel
- Contacting your administrator about custom reports
