The Report Center has multiple ways to find the report you need.

Search by Keyword

  1. Go to Reporting > Report Center
  2. Use the search box at the top
  3. Type keywords related to what you need (e.g., donation, volunteer, event)
  4. Review matching reports

Browse by Category

Reports are organized into categories:

  • Fundraising: Donations, campaigns, pledges
  • Events: Registration, attendance, revenue
  • Constituents: Contact lists, demographics
  • Accounting: Financial statements, transactions
  • Volunteers: Hours, service, assignments
  • Membership: Member lists, renewals, status
  • Grants: Tracking, calendars, applications

Mark Favorites

Once you find reports you use often:

  1. Click the star icon to mark as favorite
  2. Access favorites quickly from the Favorites section

Can Not Find What You Need?

If no existing report fits your needs, consider:

  • Exporting data from list views to Excel
  • Contacting your administrator about custom reports
