Manage contracts with vendors, clients, and partners.

Accessing Contracts

Navigate to: Operations > Contracts

Adding a Contract

  1. Click Add New
  2. Enter contract details:
    • Contract Title: Descriptive name
    • Contract Type: Service, lease, grant, etc.
    • Contracting Party: Who the contract is with
    • Contract Amount: Total value
    • Start and End Dates: Contract period
  3. Add contract terms and notes
  4. Upload the contract document
  5. Save

Tracking Amendments

When contracts are modified:

  1. Open the contract record
  2. Add an amendment note or document
  3. Update any changed terms
  4. Note the amendment date and reason

Contract Renewals

Set renewal reminders by tracking end dates. Use notifications to alert you before contracts expire.
