Add products to your catalog before tracking inventory or processing orders.

Accessing Products

Navigate to: Operations > Products & Inventory > Products

Adding a Product

  1. Click Add New
  2. Enter product details:
    • Product Name: Clear, descriptive name
    • Product Description: Full details
    • Product Type and Category: For organization
    • Product Group: Optional grouping
  3. Set pricing:
    • Cost: What you pay
    • Price: What you charge
  4. Set inventory:
    • Quantity on Hand: Current stock
    • Reorder Level: When to reorder
  5. Add an image (optional)
  6. Save

Use Types, Categories, and Groups to organize products for easy filtering and reporting.
