Create financial reports for board meetings, audits, and internal review.

Accessing Financial Reports

  1. Go to Reporting > Report Center
  2. Browse the Accounting or Financial report categories

Common Financial Reports

  • Income Statement: Revenue and expenses over a period
  • Balance Sheet: Assets, liabilities, and equity snapshot
  • Donation Summary: Total donations by fund, campaign, or period
  • Expense Report: Detailed expense breakdown
  • Budget vs Actual: Compare planned to actual spending

Running Financial Reports

  1. Select the report
  2. Choose the date range or fiscal period
  3. Select any filters (fund, department, etc.)
  4. Generate the report

Export Options

  • Excel: For further analysis or manipulation
  • PDF: For board packets or archives

Scheduling Reports

Some reports can be scheduled to run automatically and be emailed to specified recipients.
