Accessing Financial Reports
- Go to Reporting > Report Center
- Browse the Accounting or Financial report categories
Common Financial Reports
- Income Statement: Revenue and expenses over a period
- Balance Sheet: Assets, liabilities, and equity snapshot
- Donation Summary: Total donations by fund, campaign, or period
- Expense Report: Detailed expense breakdown
- Budget vs Actual: Compare planned to actual spending
Running Financial Reports
- Select the report
- Choose the date range or fiscal period
- Select any filters (fund, department, etc.)
- Generate the report
Export Options
- Excel: For further analysis or manipulation
- PDF: For board packets or archives
Scheduling Reports
Some reports can be scheduled to run automatically and be emailed to specified recipients.
