Finding Acknowledgment Reports
- Go to Reporting > Report Center
- Search for acknowledgment or thank you letter reports
- Or browse the Fundraising report category
Running the Report
- Select the acknowledgment letter report
- Enter parameters:
- Date range for donations
- Donation types to include
- Minimum amount (optional)
- Click Generate
Letter Contents
Acknowledgment letters typically include:
- Donor name and address
- Donation date and amount
- Tax-deductibility statement
- Your organization EIN
- Thank you message
Exporting and Printing
- Export to Word to customize before printing
- Export to PDF for electronic delivery
- Print directly for mail
Year-End Statements
For annual giving summaries, use the Year End Donation Summary report to provide donors with their total giving for tax purposes.
