Track grants your organization is pursuing or has received from funders.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Navigate to Fundraising > Grants > Grants Receivable
  2. Click Add New
  3. Fill in grant details:
    • Grant Title: Name of the grant
    • Grantor: Organization providing the funding
    • Status: Current stage (Researching, Applied, Awarded, etc.)
    • Grant Type and Category: Classification
    • Grant Amount: Amount requested or awarded
  4. Add key dates:
    • Due Date: Application deadline
    • Submitted Date: When you submitted
    • Notification Date: Expected decision date
    • Funding Start/End Dates: Grant period
    • Report Due Date: When reports are due
  5. Add grant details:
    • Description and Executive Summary
    • Funding Purpose
    • Grant Requirements
  6. Click Save
