Argenta tracks grants in two directions depending on whether your organization is receiving or giving grant funds.

Grants Receivable

Grants your organization receives from funders:

  • Foundation grants
  • Government grants
  • Corporate grants
  • Money coming INTO your organization

Access via: Fundraising > Grants > Grants Receivable

Grants Payable (Grants Out)

Grants your organization gives to others:

  • Scholarships you award
  • Community grants you distribute
  • Pass-through grants
  • Money going OUT of your organization

Access via: Fundraising > Grants > Grants Payable

Key Differences

  • Receivable: You track grantors (who gives you money) and applications you submit
