Define when you are available for appointments by setting up your calendar availability.
Accessing Availability Settings
- Go to Operations > Calendars > Calendar Hub
- Open the calendar
- Click Availability or Default Schedule
Setting Default Schedule
- Define your regular available hours for each day of the week
- Set start and end times for availability windows
- Indicate which days you are not available
- Save your schedule
Schedule Overrides
For specific dates that differ from your normal schedule:
- Add a schedule override
- Specify the date
- Set custom hours or mark as unavailable
Available Slots
Once availability is set, the system calculates available appointment slots that can be shared via the public appointment link.

Share your public calendar link so others can book appointments during your available times.
