Accessing Discussions
- Open the project
- Click Project Discussions in the workspace navigation
Starting a Discussion
- Click Add New
- Enter a discussion topic or title
- Write your message or question
- Click Save
Replying to Discussions
- Open an existing discussion
- Add your reply in the response area
- Save your response
When to Use Discussions
- Ask questions about project requirements
- Document decisions and their rationale
- Share updates with the team
- Discuss issues and solutions
Discussions vs Notes
- Discussions: Threaded conversations, good for back-and-forth
- Notes: One-way documentation, good for recording information
