Project Discussions provide a threaded conversation space for project-related communication.

Accessing Discussions

  1. Open the project
  2. Click Project Discussions in the workspace navigation

Starting a Discussion

  1. Click Add New
  2. Enter a discussion topic or title
  3. Write your message or question
  4. Click Save

Replying to Discussions

  1. Open an existing discussion
  2. Add your reply in the response area
  3. Save your response

When to Use Discussions

  • Ask questions about project requirements
  • Document decisions and their rationale
  • Share updates with the team
  • Discuss issues and solutions

Discussions vs Notes

  • Discussions: Threaded conversations, good for back-and-forth
  • Notes: One-way documentation, good for recording information
