Customize how your auction appears to bidders on the public form.
Accessing Form Design
- Open the auction
- Click Public Form Design in the workspace navigation
Customization Options
- Banner Image: Upload a header image for branding
- Side Image: Add a sidebar image
- Description: Write the introductory text bidders see first
Branding Tips
- Use your organization logo or event branding
- Keep images sized appropriately for web display
- Write a compelling description that explains the cause
- Mention the auction dates and bidding deadline prominently
Previewing Your Form
- Open the Public Forms dropdown in the workspace navigation
- Select Open Public Auction Form
- Review what bidders will see, including how they register to bid with a card kept on file
