The Bidding tab lets you monitor all bids across your auction items in real-time.
Accessing the Bidding View
- Open the auction
- Click Bidding in the workspace navigation
What You See
The bidding view shows all items with:
- Item name and current status
- Number of bids received
- Current high bid amount
- Whether bidding is open or closed
Viewing Bids on an Item
- Click into an item from the Auction Items tab
- View the bid history showing all bidders and amounts
Managing Item Status
- Close Bidding: Mark the item as closed to stop accepting bids
- Mark as Sold: Indicate the item has been sold to the winning bidder
- Final Sale Price: Record the actual sale amount
After the Auction
- Review winning bids
- Mark items as sold
- Enter final sale prices
- Set the auction status to Complete
