The Connections tab lets you link your program to other Argenta records, creating a comprehensive view of program resources.
Accessing Connections
- Open the program
- Click Connections (with puzzle piece icon) in the workspace navigation
Available Connection Types
- Campaigns: Connect fundraising campaigns that support this program to show which campaigns drive program funding
- Events: Link events that are part of the program, useful for programs with recurring events
- Funds: Associate designated funds that support the program to track restricted and unrestricted funding
- Grants: Connect grants that fund program activities, essential for grant reporting and compliance
- In-Kind Donations: Link donated goods or services used by the program to track non-cash support
- Team Tasks: Connect staff tasks related to program delivery
- Volunteer Task Groups and Tasks: Link volunteer opportunities to the program
Making a Connection
- Find the appropriate section (e.g., Associated Grants)
- Use the lookup field to search for the record
- Click Connect
- The record appears in the list below
Removing a Connection
Click the ban icon next to any connected record to remove the association.
