The Connections tab lets you link your program to other Argenta records, creating a comprehensive view of program resources.

Accessing Connections

  1. Open the program
  2. Click Connections (with puzzle piece icon) in the workspace navigation

Available Connection Types

  • Campaigns: Connect fundraising campaigns that support this program to show which campaigns drive program funding
  • Events: Link events that are part of the program, useful for programs with recurring events
  • Funds: Associate designated funds that support the program to track restricted and unrestricted funding
  • Grants: Connect grants that fund program activities, essential for grant reporting and compliance
  • In-Kind Donations: Link donated goods or services used by the program to track non-cash support
  • Team Tasks: Connect staff tasks related to program delivery
  • Volunteer Task Groups and Tasks: Link volunteer opportunities to the program

Making a Connection

  1. Find the appropriate section (e.g., Associated Grants)
  2. Use the lookup field to search for the record
  3. Click Connect
  4. The record appears in the list below

Removing a Connection

Click the ban icon next to any connected record to remove the association.
