Leads and Opportunities help you track potential participants, funders, or partners interested in your program.

Accessing Program Leads

  1. Open the program
  2. Click Leads/Opportunities in the workspace navigation

What Are Leads?

In the context of programs, leads might include:

  • Potential participants who have shown interest
  • Prospective donors or funders
  • Organizations interested in partnering
  • People referred to your program

Adding a Lead

  1. Click the Add New button
  2. Search for and select the constituent
  3. The lead is associated with the program

Managing Leads

  • Open Lead Record: Click the arrow icon to view the full lead details
  • Remove from Program: Click the X icon to remove the association
  • Export: Download the lead list to Excel
  • Add to Mail Room: Create a mailing list from your program leads

Lead Information Displayed

The lead list shows constituent name and contact info, address information, lead type, and phone numbers.
