Accessing Program Leads
- Open the program
- Click Leads/Opportunities in the workspace navigation
What Are Leads?
In the context of programs, leads might include:
- Potential participants who have shown interest
- Prospective donors or funders
- Organizations interested in partnering
- People referred to your program
Adding a Lead
- Click the Add New button
- Search for and select the constituent
- The lead is associated with the program
Managing Leads
- Open Lead Record: Click the arrow icon to view the full lead details
- Remove from Program: Click the X icon to remove the association
- Export: Download the lead list to Excel
- Add to Mail Room: Create a mailing list from your program leads
Lead Information Displayed
The lead list shows constituent name and contact info, address information, lead type, and phone numbers.
