Program Members are constituents with a membership association to your program, different from Participants who receive services.

Accessing Program Members

  1. Open the program
  2. Click Associated Members in the workspace navigation

Adding a Member

  1. Click the Add New button
  2. Search for the constituent by name
  3. Select the correct person from the search results
  4. They will be added to the program member list

Member vs Participant

  • Members: Have a membership affiliation (e.g., paying members, organizational affiliates)
  • Participants: Receive services from the program (e.g., clients, students, beneficiaries)

Managing Members

  • Remove: Click the X icon to remove a member from the program
  • Export: Download the member list to Excel
  • Add to Mail Room: Create a mailing list from program members

When to Use Members

Use the Members tab when tracking dues-paying program members, organizational affiliates, advisory board members for a specific program, or supporting members who are not service recipients.
