Export your program participant list to Excel for reporting, mail merges, or external analysis.

Steps to Export

  1. Open the program
  2. Click Participants in the workspace navigation
  3. Click the Export to Excel button
  4. The Excel file will download automatically

What is Included in the Export

The export typically includes:

  • Participant name
  • Email address
  • Phone numbers
  • Mailing address

Creating a Mailing List

Instead of exporting, you can add participants directly to the Mail Room:

  1. Click Add List To Mail Room
  2. Name your new mailing list
  3. The participants will be added as a list you can use for communications
