The Financial Summary provides a complete overview of your program financial health.

Accessing the Financial Summary

  1. Open the program
  2. Click Budget & Financials in the workspace navigation
  3. Click Financial Summary in the sub-navigation

What the Summary Shows

Program Income:

  • Total Projected (from projected income entries)
  • Total Donations (from connected donations)
  • Total Sponsorships (from program sponsorships)
  • Total Invoices
  • Total Payments

Program Expenses:

  • Total Projected (from projected expense entries)
  • Target Budget
  • Total Actual Expenses (from actual expense entries)

Bottom Line:

  • Total Program Income
  • Total Program Expenses
  • Total Net Income (Income minus Expenses)
