Accessing the Financial Summary
- Open the program
- Click Budget & Financials in the workspace navigation
- Click Financial Summary in the sub-navigation
What the Summary Shows
Program Income:
- Total Projected (from projected income entries)
- Total Donations (from connected donations)
- Total Sponsorships (from program sponsorships)
- Total Invoices
- Total Payments
Program Expenses:
- Total Projected (from projected expense entries)
- Target Budget
- Total Actual Expenses (from actual expense entries)
Bottom Line:
- Total Program Income
- Total Program Expenses
- Total Net Income (Income minus Expenses)
