Learn how to update information for an existing program.

Accessing Program Details

  1. Navigate to Programs > Program List
  2. Find the program you want to edit (use search or filters if needed)
  3. Click the arrow icon to open the program
  4. You will land on the Program Details tab

Editable Fields

On the Program Details tab, you can modify:

  • Program Name and Description
  • Status, Type, and Category
  • Assigned Team Member
  • Start and End Dates
  • Budget
  • Funding Status
  • Chapter, Division, Department assignments
  • District and Precinct (for political organizations)

Saving Changes

  • Click Save All Changes & Continue to save and keep editing
  • Click Save All Changes & Exit to save and return to the program list
  • Use the floppy disk icon in the title bar for a quick save

Locked Programs

If a program shows a lock icon, it has been locked and you may not have permission to edit it. See the Record Permissions tab or contact your administrator.
