Learn how to update information for an existing program.
Accessing Program Details
- Navigate to Programs > Program List
- Find the program you want to edit (use search or filters if needed)
- Click the arrow icon to open the program
- You will land on the Program Details tab
Editable Fields
On the Program Details tab, you can modify:
- Program Name and Description
- Status, Type, and Category
- Assigned Team Member
- Start and End Dates
- Budget
- Funding Status
- Chapter, Division, Department assignments
- District and Precinct (for political organizations)
Saving Changes
- Click Save All Changes & Continue to save and keep editing
- Click Save All Changes & Exit to save and return to the program list
- Use the floppy disk icon in the title bar for a quick save
Locked Programs
If a program shows a lock icon, it has been locked and you may not have permission to edit it. See the Record Permissions tab or contact your administrator.
