Once a fiscal donation is entered in Argenta, users can view the details of the donation on the record’s detail screen. In this space users can make any necessary changes to the donation, record who solicited it, send or print a donation receipt, and work with related files and notes.
 
To edit a fiscal donation go to Fundraising > Donations on the left hand side of the Argenta dashboard.
 
This will open the complete listing of your organization’s fiscal donations. From here you will search or scroll to find the donation you wish to edit. Once found, select the open button to view/update the donation details. This opens the Fiscal Donation Workspace.
 
Edit the details as needed on the Donation Details screen. You can record who solicited the donation with the "Solicited By (Team Member)" field, and use the "Send Donor A Receipt" or "Print Receipt" buttons to deliver a receipt. When you have completed the editing, select "Save All & Continue" to save and keep working, or "Save All & Exit" to save your edits and return to the complete listing of your organization’s fiscal donations.
 
In addition to the Donation Details screen, the Fiscal Donation Workspace includes these sections: Connections, Refunds, Donation Files, Donation Notes, and Record Permissions.
