Team passwords related to your organization’s work can be stored securely within Argenta. Only individuals on your team who have permission can view the Team Password Keeper.
To get started, choose Workflow & Productivity > Team Password Keeper from the Argenta main menu on the left-hand side of the screen. This opens your Team Passwords page.
From the Team Passwords page, click the Add A New Password button. A window opens where you can enter the details for the new team password. Let’s look at each field:
Source – Enter the website or company name associated with the team password here.
Source Url – Paste or type in the URL to the account’s website here.
User ID – Enter the account ID you use to sign in to the account here.
Password – Enter the password for the account here.
Associated Email Address – Enter the email address tied to the account here, if there is one.
Notes – Include any notes pertaining to the account here.
After reviewing the information you entered, click Add This Password to finish. Argenta saves the new password and opens its workspace, where you can review or update its details at any time. The new entry will appear in your Team Passwords list, which is sorted by source. You can add as many team passwords as you would like.
