Argenta sends automated email notifications (receipts, reminders, password reset links, and more). To make sure they reach your inbox and don't get caught in spam, please whitelist argentasoftware.com, and ask your constituents to do the same so nothing important gets missed. Our system emails come from addresses like notifications@argentasoftware.com and support@argentasoftware.com.
Here's how to whitelist a sender in the most common email programs.
Gmail
The quickest way is to add us as a contact, or set a filter that keeps our email out of spam.
- Open any email from us, click the three-dot menu in the top right of the message, and choose Add [sender] to Contacts list.
- Or set a filter: click the gear icon, choose See all settings, open the Filters and Blocked Addresses tab, click Create a new filter, type argentasoftware.com in the From field, click Create filter, then check Never send it to Spam and save.
Outlook and Outlook.com
- Outlook.com or the new Outlook: go to Settings, then Mail, then Junk email. Under Safe senders and domains, click Add, enter argentasoftware.com, and save.
- Outlook desktop: on the Home tab, click Junk, then Junk E-mail Options. On the Safe Senders tab, click Add, enter argentasoftware.com, and click OK.
Apple Mail (Mac, iPhone, iPad)
- Open an email from us and tap or click the sender's name at the top, then choose Add to Contacts. Mail treats anyone in your Contacts as a safe sender.
- If a message landed in Junk, open it and mark it Not Junk so future emails go to your inbox.
Any other provider
Add notifications@argentasoftware.com to your address book or contacts. If one of our emails ever lands in your spam or junk folder, open it and mark it Not Spam. That trains your provider to deliver our email to your inbox going forward.
