A list (sometimes called a checklist) is an itemized set of tasks that are routinely completed. This feature helps staff members and teams stay organized and on track.
From the Argenta main menu on the left-hand side of the screen, choose Workflow & Productivity > Lists. This opens your List Groups page.
Lists are organized into groups, and you have two kinds of groups:
Team / Shared: Visible to everyone on your team. If a team/shared group is assigned to a specific department, district, or precinct, only users with permissions for those areas will be able to see it.
Personal / Private: Visible only to you. Other users cannot see your personal groups.
Step 1 — Add a group
- On the List Groups page, find the Team / Shared card or the Personal / Private card, depending on which kind of group you want, and click the Add Group button on that card.
- A new row appears with a name field. Type a name for your group.
- Click the save (check) icon, or press Enter, to save the group. (Press Esc or click the cancel icon to discard it.)
Step 2 — Add lists to the group
- On the group's row, click the Open Group icon (the arrow that points up and to the right) to open it. This brings up the Lists in This List Group page.
- Click the Add List button, type a name for your new list, and press Enter or click the save icon. You can also click Save All Changes at the top to save everything at once.
Step 3 — Add items to a list
- On the list's row, click the Open List Items icon (the same up-and-to-the-right arrow) to open the list. The list opens with no items to display.
- Click the Add New button and a new line appears.
- Type the text for your item, then click the save icon on that line or press Enter. To save several items at once, click the Save All button instead.
- Repeat to add as many items as you like.
As you work through a list, use the checkbox at the start of each item to mark it complete. Items are organized automatically: anything still to do is listed alphabetically first, followed by the completed items in alphabetical order.
To change any item, edit its text and click the save icon on that line, or click Save All to save every change at once.
