You can convert a lead/opportunity if the sales process was successful. To convert a Lead:
- Choose "Marketing & Engagement" from the main menu on the left side of the screen.
- Choose "Leads/Opportunities" - This will direct you to the Lead List and display your organization's leads.
- Find the Lead you want to convert and open it. - This will take you to the Lead Workspace.
- There are two convert buttons on the "Lead Details" tab.
- In the title bar, on the right side of the screen, there is a small convert icon.
- At the bottom of the "Lead Details" page: "Convert Lead..."
- Clicking either of these buttons will bring up the "Convert This Lead" window.
- In the window, select the Constituent Type you want to convert the Lead to.
- Click the Convert This Lead button.
- The window will close, and you will be redirected back to the Lead List.
- You have successfully converted a Lead/Opportunity.
