How does online registration work?
Argenta has built-in public event registration and ticket sales. Program records hold participants and program details. A public program or membership sign-up form tailored to your organization is a separate custom build; we'll discuss the setup and cost before you commit.
Can we keep our sports scheduling tools?
Yes. You can use Argenta for your nonprofit's participant records, volunteers, giving and finances while keeping the tools you use for game schedules and team communication. Bring those tools to the demo so we can discuss how you would work across them.
Will you help us move our records?
Implementation support is included. Your account manager will work through onboarding with you and agree on the data import scope, including what is covered, before you begin.
What should we bring to the demo?
Bring your questions about sign-ups, sponsorships or another process that takes too much staff time. We'll explain what the built-in tools cover and where a different setup or custom development would be needed.
