Is this a case-management system?
Argenta manages constituent records, contact logs, notes and follow-ups. It does not have a dedicated case-management workflow or per-person outcome goals. Bring those requirements to the demo so we can discuss the fit clearly.
What do the program reports measure?
The Program Impact & Outcomes report shows program-level figures such as participants, service hours, budget and task completion. It is a place to review your recorded activity, rather than a measurement of individual outcomes or a prescribed funder report.
Can people sign up for our programs online?
Public event registration and event-session booking are built in. A public program sign-up form tailored to your organization is a custom build; we'll discuss the setup and cost before you commit.
Can you help us bring our records over?
Implementation support is included. Your account manager will work through onboarding and agree on the data import scope and what is covered before you begin.
