This article provides an understanding of Engagements and explains how Engagements are Viewed/Opened, Edited/Updated, and Deleted. In addition this article will also cover using Bulk Actions for these records. Engagement is the interaction between you and your constituents. Sending an email to a customer, or receiving a social media mention from a volunteer are examples of engagement. You can add and track engagements everywhere in Argenta.
To get to the Engagement workspace, select Sales and Marketing > Engagement - from the main menu on the left side of the screen.
This will bring up the Engagement screen. This screen is divided into two sections, the filter at the top and the list of engagements at the bottom.
