The staff engagements list can be filtered for a few different reasons. One is to narrow down the list by criteria to find specific records. Another is to give you a count of engagements, based on your selected criteria.
As an example, if you wanted to know how many engagements are classified as phone call made, you could select "Phone Call Made" from the Engagement Type drop-down list. Click the "Filter List" button. You will see the total records label above the list has changed and gives you a total count of all engagements that are classified as Phone Call Made. The list has also changed, and displays only the phone call made engagements.
To get started, select Staff and HR > Staff Engagement - from the main menu on the left hand side.
The staff engagement listing will open. To filter the list, select the "Filter List" button.
This will open the filter panel above the engagement list...
Choose criteria to filter the list. Use as many of the criteria items as needed. Choose one or many criteria depending on how you would like to narrow your results. Staff Engagements can be filtered by:
- Engagement Type
- Constituent ID
- Engaged With
- Engagement Date Range
After selecting the desired criteria, click the "Filter List" button and the list will display only the engagements that meet the selected criteria.
